A joyful heart is like good medicine! And as we learn to live in God's ways

we'll begin to find the freedom to laugh and enjoy life. There is fullness of joy

in God's presence and that joy is our strength. It doesn't mean life is always perfect,

but it means we can go forward with an attitude of peace knowing God is with us.
